As Chief Learning Officer, Cebrowski Institute for Innovation at the Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, California, Mr. Yu champions strategic, compelling, relevant, and sustainable culture change & technology.  He brokers critical conversations to forge intrapreneurial ecosystems via DevOps in support of global naval, joint, and coalition warfighting operations. His research initiatives include ‘Radically Cutting the U.S. Navy’s Cloud Killchain’ and ‘Innovating Intrapreneurial DevOps.’
