Romain Nowakowski joined Advanced Onion (AO) in April 2019 and brings his knowledge and expertise of the industry to lead and drive growth for AO in the Federal and Commercial IT marketplace. Romain will leverage his leadership experience to position AO as a trusted advisor to the USPS and Commercial sectors in the Identity and Personnel Security Management, Enterprise IT, IA/Cybersecurity and DevSecOps markets.

 

Prior to joining AO, Romain was Vice President, GWAC PMO and DoD at VariQ Corporation where he created and led sales efforts for those two business units. He was responsible for the strategic vision and creation of a teaming partner ecosystem that set VariQ up for success with their GWAC vehicles; led business development, capture activities, and proposal efforts for the DoD and FedCiv markets; and participated in the corporate infrastructure modernization program. Before that, Romain was VP, Business Development for DirectViz Solutions, where he led business development, capture and proposal efforts. 

 

Romain is currently pursuing his Computer Science degree with a focus in Cybersecurity.
