Federal CTO at Quest Public Sector
Dan Conrad is the Federal CTO at Quest Public Sector. He has been with Quest (formerly part of Dell Security/Dell Software) since 2007 where his roles have included Systems Consultant and Solutions Architect for Compliance Solutions. Dan’s experience has led him to specialize in working with large federal government customers requiring complex solutions.
Dan started his government IT career in the Air Force where he administered networks up to 100,000 users for 20+ years. He retired from the USAF in 2004 as a Master Sergeant and returned to government IT as a contractor to the US Army MEDCOM where his primary focus was Active Directory design, migration, and sustainment.
Dan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems Management from Wayland Baptist University and two Associates of Science degrees from the Community College of the Air Force. He holds many certifications, the highlights include Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP), and Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer/Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSE/MCSA).
